All VWO (NCSS-approved members) participants are to apply on-line for the VCF Local Training Grant via the VWO Corner located at the NCSS homepage (https://www.ncssapp.org.sg) before the conference commences and send the conference registration form directly to the Secretariat (apprc@cma.sg) or register online at www.apprc.com.sg. Please provide us the reference number and the approval email from the VCF Management system together with your registration form.
In order to be eligible for the VCF funding, participants are to attend all sessions of the conference. The total absenteeism period with valid reasons (such as medical leave) should not exceed 25% of the conference duration. Each participant has to sign his/her attendance before each morning or afternoon session.
** Please select the Pre-Conference Workshops which you would like to attend. Each Pre-Conference Workshop is limited to 20 people on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. The organisers reserve the right to charge Conference Fees for non-attendance and cancellation.
Participants may be substituted. Please inform the secretariat by 17 September 2008 for change of name.
